Need Quick Cash?Overdraft Privilege (Courtesy Pay) permits you to overdraw your checking account up to $500 (including fees). You will be assessed a $35 fee per item that clears your account. Should you inadvertently overdraw your account, we have the discretion to cover your overdrafts up to $500.00 after first subtracting the amount of the overdraft fee(s). When your items are paid, this service will help save you the embarrassment and inconvenience of a returned item as well as the fee normally charged to you by merchants for items returned to them. The Discretionary Overdraft Privilege is available for checks and ACH/EFT transactions. You can get access to the funds on your debit card by Opting In. for form. Just sign and return Opt-In Notice Form to Credit Union.

Important Information for Debit Card HoldersIf you use your debit card at a gas pump, regularly an amount will be blocked — often $75 or $100 — on your card. That amount doesn’t “un-block” as you drive away. Instead, the hold remains up to 72 hours, until the station does a "batch" transaction that lets the credit union know the actual amount.
Each big oil company has a different policy. The reasoning behind this policy is that oil companies don’t know how much gas you’re about to pump and so they earmark a certain amount of your money. While the length of the hold is up to the credit union, the amount of the hold is up to your gasoline retailer.
